These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of CoursFox ("CoursFox", "we", "us"), including our website at coursfox.com, our iOS app, and related services (together, "the service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use CoursFox
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the service. If you use CoursFox on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when you register, and let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the courses, lessons, and quizzes you create ("your content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the service — including sending extracted text to AI providers to generate courses and quizzes. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload your content and that it does not infringe others' rights or violate any law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service.
- Use the service to generate or distribute harmful, deceptive, or abusive material.
- Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission.
5. AI-generated content
Courses and quizzes are generated automatically by AI and may contain inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on or sharing it. CoursFox does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated material.
6. Subscriptions & payments
CoursFox offers a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Ultimate). Paid plans on the web are billed through PayPal; in-app purchases on iOS are billed through Apple and are also subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your PayPal account (web) or your Apple ID settings (iOS). Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
7. Sharing & teams
When you share a course or quiz link, you are responsible for who you share it with. Within a team, members may access shared content according to their assigned roles.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could harm CoursFox or other users.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoursFox and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
